Role Description:
As an ICT Cyber Security Norms & Compliance Expert, you will:
- Maintain and enhance the Cyber Security Normative Framework.
- Ensure clarity and compliance with Group IT Governance & Cyber Security standards.
- Integrate local laws and contractual requirements into the framework.
- Maintain a traceable inventory of changes.
- Report compliance status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the creation and update of security standards and processes.
- Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 lead auditor/implementer.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years in Information (Cyber) Security and ICT Governance.
- Proven Information Security skills and knowledge of standards (NIST, PCI DSS).
- Familiarity with EU and Belgian security regulations.
- Experience in coordination, reporting, metrics definition, and dashboarding.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of audit techniques, GRC tools (RSA Archer, SNOW), and Agile methodology.
- Experience in the banking environment.
