- 10+ Years of Automotive Software Development experience
- Experience in leading and mentoring team members.
- Experience in handling customer interactions
- Sound understanding of SDLC and feature to tasks break down.
- Experience in AUTOSAR based Application development
- Experience in Integration and configuration of AUTOSAR BSW Stack – CAN, LIN, Ethernet, J1939, Diagnostics, Memory – Vector or Elektrobit or Mentor Graphics tool chain preferred.
- Experience in designing safety compliant architecture
- Hands-on experience in board bring-up and SW debugging on target hardware
- Strong Exposure to different Testing stages – UT, IT and Software qualification test.
- Good understanding of Security Standards
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solution provider to the Team
- Experience in Agile mode of project execution with story point-based tasks
